Application
Rexon enclosed and mobile type transformer oil purifier machine ZYD-WM-150(9000LPH) takes aluminium alloy material as the full enclosure, and uses strong structure trailer with 4 big car wheels to equip with. The same functions with ZYD transformer oil purification plant, it can quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from insulating oil effectively to improve oil's dielectric strength to be above 75~85KV. It is suitable for on-site transformer oil purification and oil maintenance for different places. Besides this, this system can also vacuuming transformers and oil injecting transformers.

1. Double-stage vacuum system, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa.
2. Big capacity of moisture and gas separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength of oil improving greatly.
3. Duplex-stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, and degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, and gas from oil.
4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies, which can purify oil highly efficiently and make oil highly pure.
5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system, and foaming elimination system to ensure the machine operates easily and safely.
7. Adopt an interlocked protective system, which connects the oil pump, heater, and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leaks, and electricity leaks. If there is any fault, the machine will be powered off automatically.
8. It can be operated both online and offline by transformers.
9. Can be used independent device for vacuuming transformers that are above 110KV and can vacuum oil filling for power equipment.
10. Can work online for 150 hours continuously, highly reliable and long time running.
11. PLC programming control system and touch screen to achieve machine working fully automatically.
12. Mobile trailer and weather-proof enclosure design, easy to move, and protect the machine in good condition.
